Always wanted a frame of my dog especially now he’s getting older but whenever I’d tried before I found the process either too difficult or too expensive. I followed your instructions and there it was! I didn’t know what to expect tbh but service and quality was great. I really love the print, it's perfect for the friends birthday. I wanted something memorable but not sad and this works brilliantly. Delivery and communication was excellent, the only reason I've not scored everything perfect is the the print was slightly crumpled on one edge for a couple of cms..it's no biggie because I'll put it in a mount anyway. It's looks like someone just hasn't taken care when putting it in the tube, it's a shame when something so personal isn't treated with respect, and has spoilt an otherwise great service.
