Although they charged a £3.99 fee for first print which I didn't realise they had put on at the end, It took a couple of weeks to arrive with no updates, then it arrived with no box just the case in a plastic delivery box. You offer a premium service and price but you don't deliver that. This is a Xmas present for my son, now on top of the £27 you charged for the phone case and delivery Inc the £3.99 first print charge, I've got to now buy a presentation box. So this isn't such a cheap stocking filler after all.

The design I really like. My dog passed away two months ago and I wanted something so I could see her every day, however my case arrived damaged. It was like it wasn’t sealed properly and was peeling. I have tried contacting the company through email but it keeps pinging back telling me there is an issue.
