Bought this mug for my Mum who babysits and takes care of my boy quite often. I didn't submit a photo, I just selected from the pre-available options as one was already a great likeness! (See photo). Insofar as the mug itself; it's a simple but very well manufactured porcelain mug, but the message and imagine on it are crafted into the cup so well that they won't be fading, peeling or scratching when it's washed... which is brilliant, as it'll last the lifetime of the mug! I did make an error with my address when I ordered as using Google Pay doesn't seem to allow to to enter an alternative address, but they fixed this super fast after I emailed the support and confined back that they'd updates the address... After that, it was delivered exactly as they said and I Mum loves her new mug :)

Im always a bit wary of sending a photo to be printed onto an item but I was really pleased with the outcome. The print was exactly the same as the photo and the mug was of really good quality.
